we acknowledge your courage, and we appreciate the personal sacrifices you’re making
on behalf of your community.

You are our heroes.

We recognize the toll this is taking on you and the burdens you are carrying. Our volunteer therapists, social workers and counselors are here to support you.

on the frontlines in a safe and non-judgemental way

Help with figuring out how to transition home after an intense shift(s)

Support managing urges to escape, numb-out or dissociate
