Hi, I’m Michelle. My approach to working with clients is to honor each person and work in collaboration with them to bring about peace, stability, and insight into their lives.
My style is holistic. This style takes into consideration all contributing factors of physical and emotional stress, including the roles of body, mind, spirituality, environment and culture in our lives. I incorporate techniques of relaxation and guided imagery into meetings with clients. I work with clients on issues of spirituality, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQ+, grief, career, and relationships.
Study and trainings include work in EMDR, meditation, past life regression therapy (trained by Brian Weiss), Radical Forgiveness, Highly Sensitive Person, integrated energy therapy, Reiki, Integral Life Practice, chakra work, along with many traditional psychotherapy trainings.
