Innovative, Heart-Centered Business Development Training for Therapists™

About The Care Collective

The Care Collective (TCC) was established in 2019 out of a need in the St. Louis metro area for therapists to have a space and a community to work, learn, develop, and expand their practices.

Many for-profit therapy practices are owned and operated by clinicians who have not received sufficient business-development training. Many therapists are earning unnecessarily low salaries and operate from a place of scarcity by either foregoing much needed vacations and sick time or living with constant anxiety how much revenue will come in each week or month.

In addition to concerns about the financial viability of their practices, quality therapists often feel isolated and experience compassion fatigue and burnout. TCC is stepping into fill this gap by providing a new community practice concept to address the unmet needs of therapists and their clients.

There is no power for
change greater than a
community discovering
what it cares about.

Why entrepreneurship coaching for therapists?

Because we understand the financial fears and the fears of isolation therapists experience in managing a business on their own, we created a program to help therapists grow their practice by developing a business the wholehearted way™.
